One of the key reasons that there is actually little research data on land and online casino gambling is due to the fact that the research centers use human subjects in their research. The research studies take a good deal of time to conduct properly – some span as long as three years. The NCRG often grants money to the Universities for specific research that is currently lacking in the US and international environment. In addition to long lengths of time for the studies there are also then controversies on how to interpret the research data.
